Grow your confidence on social media and video calls

Presentation skills training to overcome ‘stage fright’ and nerves

Everyone has the potential to be a ‘TV Presenter’ nowadays. We can all broadcast worldwide in an instant, at the press of a button. A scary thought eh?

We all understand the benefits of being ‘seen on screen’ in business, but so many of us are still hiding behind the scenes. For my clients, a lack of self-confidence and nerves are at play.

The reason I started Businesses On Screen was to help turn the tide on the fear so many business owners had of being on camera.

Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse

There is no shortcut (unless you include autocue - a skill in itself and a topic I’ll leave for another day).

As a professional presenter, without having the time to properly prepare, I’d be just as fearful! Even the most natural presenters have thought their content through before they hit ‘go live’ on social media.

My job is to teach you that ‘the lens is your friend’!

If the time has come for you, or your team, to show up on social media on behalf of your business, and you don’t feel ready, let me teach you the skills you need to successfully engage your audience on camera.

There’s no need to be fearful. No one is expecting a super slick performance. They’d rather see a true reflection of your personality and self-expression to make a greater connection with you.

New online presentation skills training course

If you enjoy the idea of working in your own time and at your own pace, my new online programme ‘The Lens Is Your Friend’ guides you through the essential tech and kit you need to be the best you can be on camera. I also share tips and tricks from my 25-year presenting career to help you look, act and sound like the leader your business needs.
